Pickerington North Band Boosters 

Raffle Terms and Conditions

• The raffle is open to anyone 18 years or over

• Tickets must be purchased by a band member or ordered online at a designated website.  

• Pickering north Marching Panther Band Boosters accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete or unpaid for

• To enter fill in your details as directed on the web page and make the appropriate payment

• Tickets are $25.00 each or 5 for $100.00

• Pickerington North High School Band Boosters will send verification of each ticket purchased VIA THE WEB  to the email address provided by the purchaser

• All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take

• place on November 1st, 2024

• The draw will occur at November 1st, 2024 by random draw from a bucketful of tickets, one per ticket sold, by

• a Pickerington North Band Booster Board member in the presence of at least two other witnesses and will be recorded.

• The first entry drawn will be the winner, of the prizes listed: 

• The prizes are:

1. Smoker and accessories

2. Igloo Cooler

3. Pataskala Meat gift Certificate

4. Chairs, Popup, Stanley Cups

• Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Pickerington North High School Band Boosters, in collaboration with the prize donors, reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value

• The winners will be notified via email and / or phone call 

• The winners must acknowledge their raffle win within 30 days of Pickerington North Band Boosters sending notification. If the prize

• is not acknowledged after this time, it will lapse and Pickerington North High School Band Boosters reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected

• in accordance with these rules

• All prizes will be distributed, so if a redraw is required it will occur on December 1st, 2024 by random draw from a bucketful of tickets, one per ticket sold, by a Pickerington North Band Boosters Board member in the presence of at least two other witnesses.

• The winners will be published on Pickerington North High School Band Boosters’ website on November 3rd and in a newsletter to Pickerington North High School Band Boosters 

• The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the raffle. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Pickerington North High School Band Boosters for the purposes of the administration of this prize drawing only

• Pickerington North High School Band Boosters may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Pickerington North High School Band Boosters’ sole opinion) or who, in Pickerington North High School Band Boosters’ sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating ticket sales, hacking, deceiving or cheating

• By entering the raffle each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions
